Prep cook — Polk County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Polk County, Georgia. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
