Now hiring: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Warren County, Ohio. The job is at an automotive body and exhaust shop. On a typical shift you will grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size. What we are looking for: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
