Catering cook — Kuban

Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Kuban, Kaduna State. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat 3+ years on the tools preferred.
