Requirements: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks On a typical shift you will mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb.
