Hand presser — Cuming County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hand presser in Cuming County, Nebraska. The job is at a textile finishing unit. On a typical shift you will operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board. You should have: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
