Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Goodhue County, Minnesota. On a typical shift you will score the top of loaves before baking; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
