Great opportunity: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Roane County, Tennessee. The job is in a forging and pressing unit. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges Day-to-day duties: • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation 3+ years on the tools preferred.
