Ideal candidate: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain You will dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator.
