Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Ona Ara, Oyo State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
