Bar bender and fixer — Calvert County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Calvert County, Maryland. You will work at a high-rise construction project. The role involves install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour. What we are looking for: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
