We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Dodge County, Minnesota. You will be based at a cake shop. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On a typical shift you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe.
