Conventional mill operator — Gilmer County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Gilmer County, West Virginia. The job is in a toolroom. What we are looking for: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience On the job you will handle: • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
