Immediate opening: electrostatic spray painter (Illinois)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Pike County, Illinois. You will work at a powder coating unit. Day to day you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
