Cook wanted in Rowan County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Rowan County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
