Floor screeder — Anne Arundel County

Now hiring: we are hiring a floor screeder in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. You will be based in a residential housing project. Ideal candidate: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds Your main tasks: • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout Part-time with flexible hours. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
