Great opportunity: power float operator (Rivers State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a power float operator in Ogu/Bolo Local Government Area, Rivers State. You will be based at a ready-mix concrete plant. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules You will carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. ₦145,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours.
