The role involves clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps. Requirements: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec Six days a week, one day off.
