We are recruiting: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Fentress County, Tennessee. You will be based in a garment export house. Your main tasks: • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Give each garment a final press before packing • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
