Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Wapello County, Iowa. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day to day you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity.
