Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Hancock County, Iowa. You will work on a housing development site. Your main tasks: • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient Requirements: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Rotating shifts.
