Flatlock machine operator — Glades County

Now hiring: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Glades County, Florida. You will be based in a textile and apparel unit. The role involves: • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes You should have: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching Meals and transport allowance provided.
