Shuttering charge hand — Tyler County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Tyler County, Texas. You will work on a metro and tunnel project. Your main tasks: • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
