Join our team: we are hiring a meat cutter in Roger Mills County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a halal meat counter. You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
