Deboner — Gaines County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Gaines County, Texas. You will work in a meat processing plant. You will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
