The role involves apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Rotating shifts. We offer ₦250,000 per month plus benefits.
