Brick and block layer wanted in Branch County

Now hiring: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Branch County, Michigan. You will work at a renovation and extension job. Day-to-day duties: • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently Rotating shifts.
