Bakery assistant • Ilesha East, Osun State

Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Ilesha East, Osun State. Day-to-day duties: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
