Gang bricklayer — Lunenburg County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Lunenburg County, Virginia. The job is on a busy housing site. Day-to-day duties: • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding Full-time with occasional weekends.
