Vacancy available: PVC window assembler (Kansas)

Join our team: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Thomas County, Kansas. The job is at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Day to day you will fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; take site measurements of openings before fabrication. You should have: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $170 per day plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
