Safety inspector — Howard County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a safety inspector in Howard County, Maryland. You will be based on a road and infrastructure project. The role involves: • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) You should have: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training Part-time with flexible hours.
