Wet plasterer wanted in Iosco County

Join our team: we are hiring a wet plasterer in Iosco County, Michigan. You will be based on a busy domestic building site. Day-to-day duties: • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets What we are looking for: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • CSCS card or willing to obtain one Full-time with occasional weekends.
