Single needle operator wanted in Harris County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a single needle operator in Harris County, Texas. You will be based at a busy garment factory. On a typical shift you will change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go. You should have: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
