Production welder — Grant County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a production welder in Grant County, Indiana. The role involves: • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols What we are looking for: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Willing to work shifts and overtime Part-time with flexible hours.
