Die-casting operator wanted in Winston County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Winston County, Alabama. You will be based in a non-ferrous casting shop. Requirements: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling The role involves: • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges Rotating shifts.
