Great opportunity: prep cook (Michigan)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Menominee County, Michigan. On the job you will handle: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
