Aluminium technician — Washington County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an aluminium technician in Washington County, Illinois. You will be based at an ACP cladding fabricator. On a typical shift you will load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish; install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads; anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners; erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site; apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw. Requirements: • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
