System scaffolder — Iroquois County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a system scaffolder in Iroquois County, Illinois. You will be based at a shipyard. The role involves: • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips Ideal candidate: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
