Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Washington County, Colorado. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker On a typical shift you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. 5+ years on the tools preferred. $27 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
