Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Roni, Jigawa State. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On the job you will handle: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha 3+ years on the tools preferred. We offer ₦1,600 per hour plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
