Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Frederick County, Maryland. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards On the job you will handle: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Part-time with flexible hours. $230 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
