Production welder — Wilson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a production welder in Wilson County, Kansas. Requirements: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding The role involves: • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
