Ideal candidate: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts The role involves: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Full-time with occasional weekends.
