Captain waiter wanted in Jasper County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Jasper County, Mississippi. On the job you will handle: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
