Powder spray gun operator — Washington County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Washington County, Nebraska. On a typical shift you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Pay around $23 per hour, based on your experience.
