Vacancy available: mobile crane operator (Washington)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Asotin County, Washington. The role involves: • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands You should have: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Current medical and eyesight certificate • A good head for heights for tower crane work Rotating shifts. $20 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
