Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Shelleng, Adamawa State. The job is at a cake shop. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes The role involves knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
