Aluminium section fitter — Clark County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an aluminium section fitter in Clark County, Illinois. You will work on a commercial shopfront installation. You should have: • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Familiar with ACP cladding and structural glazing The role involves: • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Assemble window and door frames from extruded sections • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames • Fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws • De-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
