Coating plant operator wanted in Watauga County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Watauga County, North Carolina. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Day-to-day duties: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns 6+ years on the tools preferred.
