Now hiring: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Washington County, Oklahoma. The job is on a residential tower site. Day to day you will read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience.
