Bulldozer operator wanted in Gaines County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Gaines County, Texas. The job is on a dam or embankment job. On a typical shift you will follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; refuel the machine and record running hours; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals. You should have: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
